Clark completed her BBA at Sir Wilfred Laurier University
and her MBA at York. She has been a human resource management
consultant and trainer since 1989, focusing her practice
on compensation and gender issues, including compensation
system design, job evaluation and pay equity.

Larry Shetzer
completed his BA (Hon. Psych.) at McGill University, MA
(Psych.) at the University of Western Ontario and his
Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Virginia
Tech. He has been involved in human resource management
consulting, training and research since 1984, working
in the areas of corporate governance and executive coaching,
performance management system design, compensation and
job evaluation and attitudinal research.
